nice tasty whey protein milk shake smoothie recipe

the way to drink whey protein powders in a nice tasty smoothie, of course, if you are getting bored of the bland taste of protein powder, then try spicing then up a bit, and making a lovely sweet tasting drink with your whey powders.

Choco-Banana Power Smoothie!

1 cup fat-free milk, 1 small banana, fresh or frozen1 scoop whey protein powder, chocolate-flavour Crushed ice (optional)

Combine in a blender until smooth.
Variations: For extra protein and flavour, add 1 tablespoon peanut butter (add 95 calories, 8 g fat, 4 g protein)

NUTRITION INFORMATION PERSERVING: 300 calories, 29 g protein(including 20 g whey protein), 40 gcarbohydrate, 4 g fber, 3 g fat,1.5 g saturated fat, 190 mg sodium
