A nice flavoured home made healthy protein milkshake.

Pomegranate Berry Blast Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

6 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt(or any fruit favor)
½ cup pomegranate
juice, unsweetened
½ cup berries (strawberries,
blueberries, raspberries), fresh or frozen, unsweetened1 scoop whey protein powder,unfavored or vanilla-favorCrushed ice (optional)
Combine in a blender until smooth.
