herbs for health and energy Ginkgo Biloba also alertness as well
A good herb for health and energy might be Ginkgo Biloba which is also rated as being very good for alertness as well, similar to caffeine, but with out the side effect of what is called caffeine "jitters".
Ginkgo Biloba is ancient herb from a very old plant that has not changed for millions of years, maybe this is why some people have found it such a useful health aid.
some people though report that Ginkgo Biloba causes them to have headaches, and so if you do suffer from headaches i would think gingko might not be the herb for you.
This herbis also known to help concentration, i think students have be known to take htis herb as well to help with studying and exams.
this effect might also be helpful to some people at the gym who can't keep up with their sets and find they have a habit of slacking off, or losing motivation what at the gym.
I have never tried ginkgo myself but I've heard from so people that it works, and from other that it only brings on a painful headache and so like i said if you already have a tendency for headaches it might not be for you.
If you have trouble focusing on your workout at the gym, you might want to give it a go though, also it can be a good alternative to caffeine if you are looking for a new alternative, that has some similar effects.
