Good for overall health Essential fatty acids when training or in general as well
These are Good for overall health Essential fatty acids and when training or in general as well, for really any bodies health and well being, like it says they are "essential".
Essential fatty acids (EFAs) though once it was thought that all fats are bad for a body not long ago. then it was realised that This is not entirely true about fats and that there are different fats that are actually essential and "needed" by the human body in different ratio's.
Not that that means you can lots of just any fats either, or get the idea that you can go eat lots of fast food either to gain muscle and be healthy, what you are looking for is more of the "healthy fats" in your diet, though it is also important not to just fully eradicate the so called "bad" fats either, as a kind of balance needs to be reached, you cannot live on "hamster" food alone so to say.
The "good" fats are called linoleic (omega-6) and linolenic (Omega-3.) These "healthy" fats can be found in cold water fish like flounder, salmon etc, and also in certain oils like the soybean oil. also you will probably find that if you are on a very low fat diet, that the EFAs will be helpful in giving you energy throughout the day.
This is because you will be lacking energy if on a low fat diet through lack of the more traditional fats you would otherwise get in your diet, but like i said balance is key, you still need a bit of all the fats each to be healthy, not just a few specific ones, but a balance of all fats, the trick or idea is to find the place where this balance is, when designing your diet to be as healthy as possible.
