this recipe should not be too difficult, it is workout version of a classic tasty treat.

i do not think you need to be a expert chef to make this pudding, but a little cooking knowledge would help when making this bodybuilder's version of the classic pudding.

Makes 2 cups, about 8 ¼-cup servings

8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, ¾ cup whey protein powder, unflavoured or vanilla-flavour (about 3 scoops), ½ cup plain fat-free yogurt, ½ cup brown sugar, 2 tsp vanilla.

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately with your favorite fruits, or refrigerate.

Variation:For extra flavour and protein, add nearly a cup of ground almonds (adds 20 calories, 2 g fat, 1 gram protein)

NUTRITION INFORMATION PER ¼-CUP SERVING: 170 calories, 12 g protein (including, 8 g whey protein), 16 g carbohydrate, 0 g fibre, 7 g fat, 4.5 g saturated fat, 200 mg sodium.
