1 cup black coffee, room temperature ΒΌ cup fat-free half & half, 1 scoop whey protein powder, unflavored or vanilla-flavor, 1 packet low-calorie sweetener (optional) Crushed ice

Combine in a blender until smooth, or mix well in a glass or shaker cup.
