Beef Meatballs a bodybuilder whey protein recipe, these are a enriched version of the classic meatball dish, that has been tuned up for the bodybuilder out there, you need to be a bit of cook to do these, but if you are then this can get you closer to your high protein needs, while eating a tasty meal at the same time.
this is so you can eat your shake so to speak instead of drinking it all the time, or if you was looking for something to do instead of drinking the plain whey powder all the time, you can also cook with it as well, in certain recipes.
Makes about 28 meatballs, 4-5 meatballs per serving
1 pound 90% lean ground beef
½ cup chopped onions, ½ cup bread crumbs, ½ cup whey protein powder,
unflavoured (about 2 scoops), 2 egg whites,
½ tsp salt
1. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line a 15˝ x 10˝ pan with foil. Spray lightly
with vegetable oil cooking spray.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
3. Form gently into 1-inch meatballs and place on pan.
4. Bake until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
